I couldn't think of any special features for it other than hovering/clicking on the places. Only currently known places are featured. If you have any ideas on how to expand it, post them in the comments. If I won't be lazy and the idea is good and it is not difficult to implement and I'm not lazy, it may be put in the flash (did I mention that I need to be not lazy?).

No cheats here (duh).
The Moon: "Luna was here."
Then start with very small projects, don't go for big ones. Practice a lot because you will make a lot of mistakes at first.
Look up things on Google. Put the programming language in the search query (for Flash use "AS3"). Search everything you need like "as3 update on every frame". And if you have time learn object orientated programming
It's the sun, Duh...
You just made my day. XD
Luna was here.
There ACTUALLY aren't cheats in this.
I wasn't expecting that.
And why? Angeles is angels and those have wings and so do Pegasi.
So that's what I originally thought thats what the pun was when I first heard it mentioned. But then finding out it was hardly a pun and Larson barely had any imagination.
*pardon my excitement^^ It's just that great!
"The Moon, Luna was here" XD
I am not doing this project only for the community but to actually build my version of Equestria (still true and close to the lore as possible) for future fanfics I am gonna write. Also this map will become open source later on What I want to ask is how exactly did you find the borders of the locations. Also if you know ARGIS or know someone else that uses ARGIS who then can or can you help me solve these problems?
Optional (you do not need to read but if you are intrested continue if you want)
There are also a few core problems with the map itself: Because I had to rotate the map georef it on certain points, the north on the Equestria map is shifted 45 Degrees to the right because of it (of course I can just say that Equestria north is not true to the real north) and some part of the landmas so I am searching for another possible location where the Equestria map as a "shape" (not based on the geology it is a fantasy world after all) fits more on it and is true to its north. However keep in mind that the sea's you see left and right are true to its location.
PS: I may not abonden my map, I will find a sollution on my own if you can't give me one.
